Dates are only confirmed on 25% of the full booking, this is non-refundable.

Final Payment

The final payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Damages and issues

• Any damages/issues can normally be resolved with your immediate notification, which we endeavour to rectify and/or replace.
• We appreciate your honesty by reporting any broken/damaged items.  
• Any damages/issues un-reported will be deemed the loss of your Security Deposit.

Key

Two weeks prior to your departure you will be notified of the full details to obtain the keys. 

Check in/out

Unless otherwise stated CHECK IN is at 14.00 CHECK OUT 11.00. 

*Due to issues beyond our control, such as COVID-19 restrictions/regulations, no two separate parties are allowed to be at the villa at any one time, therefore, please adhere to check-in/check-out times. We will require all fight details in order to accommodate all booking. Your check-in/out time will be provided within your key notification. 

Security Deposit 

You agree that on the final payment (8 weeks prior to arrival) a security deposit of £300 per booking is redeemed by us. This will be returned within 14 days of your departure of the villa, in the event the security deposit is part/fully affected you will be notified as soon as possible with affected costing. 

Pool Heating 

Is the only extra Casa de Sonhos will charge, this is not a mandatory service, however in the event you chose to have the use of pool heating, it will be set at 28 degrees and MUST be kept at this temperature, any Client found to have tampered with the said heating or switched on your security will not be returned. 

COVID Tests and Regulations

You agree to all government guidelines of both countries, and we hold the right to move your arrival and departure times.

Surrounding Villas and other Holiday Makers

SURROUNDING VILLA’S: The surrounding Villas are all privately owned, therefore any work undertaken outside our villa is NOT our responsibility.

Travel Insurance:
We advise you to obtain travel insurance at your earliest, in the event of a cancellation we will provide any documentation that your insurance company require.
